your poster is a short story which describe a few major points to arouse readers interest to read on, so you have to make your poster very simple, interesting, and attractive, but you cant make them stand on their heads to read your data. your poster should be readable from 2 to 3 meters, so you have to leave breathable spaces, also you have to pay attention for the sizes used for the title, headings, and the text size, and you should use bullets not paragraph because they will not read a paragraph, also should be easy for the eye to follow. Because images and graphs say much more than words, its very important to add them to your poster, and you should also have a caption for every picture or graph to tell them what its about. Poster is a visual communication tool that is very effective and can reach as many people as possible, its very important to put references that you use to get your information from and also to put your contacts info in case some one is interesting to get more information from you, or asking you about any information related to your research.
